  I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. When I walked in, there were four employees sitting on the counter, yet when I asked for a piece of tape, I was told, “I can give you a piece for $1, otherwise we’d lose money by giving tape to everyone.” The response came across as dismissive and unhelpful, especially given how minor the request was. Customer service is often defined by the small interactions, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.

  CAM is outstanding ! He went out of his way to help me with a peculiar request (someone sent me something from this store via road and I needed it to be changed to an overnight delivery while I was the receiver sitting 1000 miles away- the team did it seamlessly canceling the original by road shipment to an overnight express delivery) . So giving this store 5 stars for keeping the customer as top priority !!! Way to go store and Cam!
