I usually order through the subway app to get points/ rewards but the option black olives have been “out of stock” for over 2 months even though they gave them in stock every time I have been in store I have mentioned this to all the employees and I believe the manager as well, it must be laziness to change it on the system as I was a former employee of a subway, if small stuff like this was fixed it would help their overall customer satisfaction but, yet they seem not to care, I recommend a different location or jersey mikes in lone tree or castle rock

I think all Subway shops look a bit tun down. It is the same as others.

Placed $300 catering order. Tried for two hours to get order confirmation. Contacted their corporate catering service. They called, emailed and texted this store and received no response!

thomas is truly a sandwich artist. i’m so excited to eat this sammy. but really he was great and ingredients were still fresh for a late night stop and he was very kind. shoutout thomas
I wanted to give Andy a shout out. He was doing orders and training a new employee. They were both very friendly and hard working. It is nice to see such good customer service. I think they need to have another employee during lunch rush.
