  I needed 2 pieces of paper printed off and had been trying my printer at home but it wasn't printing the entire page. I thought I had enough time to run to FedEx and print them. I show up at 654 and the girl at the front proceeds to tell me it takes 7 minutes to get a code to print and since I only had 6 minutes it may not happen tonight, but the code is good for 48 hrs. I told her I needed these papers by tomorrow and the manager chimes in that Park Meadows is open until 8. Staying maybe 5 extra minutes was too much for them? NO customer service at all! Done with that store

  GEORDAN is honestly one of the most MISERABLE and RUDE people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every interaction feels unnecessarily UNPLEASANT, and the attitude is just unbelievable. Some people clearly wake up and choose to make everyone around them miserable. Geordan seems to have made it a full-time job. RACHEL, on the other hand, is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. She goes above and beyond and actually makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s such a shame she’s leaving this FedEx location in five days because she is truly the reason this place has had any redeeming quality. She will definitely be missed!

  The staff here is the BEST. They are so kind and accommodating and genuinely care for their customers. I am so impressed by them. It's rare to see people care for customers like they do here.

  Multiple very rude employees that assume you’re wrong before fact checking themselves. In one such case, once they realize their error, didn’t apologize or bother to back track how rude they just were; just walked away.

  Refused to take a box I had pre labeled from a company that I was returning tiny perfume samples to. Even though it was FedEx that delivered the same items to me two days ago. Total waste of a trip. Yes it has little perfume samples in it And that why it’s labeled. They told me I had to drive it up to the Englewood location! Absolutely worse company ever.
