Generally I enjoy cricket, customer service is very kind and helpful and the atmosphere is wonderful, however when I came in today with my sister for a phone upgrade I received quite possibly the worse service I've ever received in my life. We weren't greated at the door, ignored by the woman at the desk for five minutes before being told at she'll get to us. We were then ignored for another 30 minutes until she asked if we were buying a phone. We asked about upgrading a phone in our plan which the one we wanted they didn't have in stock, (not her fault on that part), said we'd need to scan a QR code that she can't give us because 'she's busy' and could give us any other information on when the phones might come in and wouldn't take out information so we could be informed about the next delivery because her manager was at the bank. She was unkind, uninformative, and unprofessional. I've never felt so frustrated in my life with an experience.
