  It's the worst survive I have ever seen thay hang up on u and won't unlock the phone from the crappy service that is paid off it's crazy bad survive don't go through cricket it's definitely not worth it

  Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They set me up with best customer plan with no over selling. Also had Roxanne and Nathan help me with replacement parts at a reasonable price. All around genuine good people willing to help the customer better understand their needs.
