The food is pretty good and my kids enjoy ordering from this restaurant. The problem was the service (or lack thereof) I received when I received the wrong delivery order. The wasn't the delivery driver's fault, it was the restaurant's fault.
First off, they bagged the order and didn't put my name on the order on a receipt or written on the outside of the bag anywhere to identify who it belonged to. Then they put a sticker on the bag to seal it closed as a tamper-proof measure. So they gave my order to the driver and assured him it was for me; how was he supposed to know it was the wing order since my name what anywhere on the outside of the bag? The delivery driver dropped off the order, we open the bag, and it's all the wrong things. I call the restaurant to explain the situation and they ask for the name of who the order was for. I found the name on a sticker on the packaging INSIDE the bag, so I gave the employee at Wingstop the name of who this order was supposed to go to instead. The employee proceeded to tell me that I would have to drive the food back to their restaurant for either a refund or re-make. No other solution was offered for their mistake. Not only did that defeat the entire point of ordering delivery (and paying the fee and delivery tip), but what were they planning to do with this order I returned? Give it to the intended customer?! I sure hope not. I would definitely not want food that had been delivered to someone else's house and opened... who knows what could have happened to the food. Very disappointed in this location and not only their refusal to make anything right for their mistake, but their stance on having the wrong food returned to their restaurant to potentially give out again to a different customer (gross). It was clear I could give them the name of who ordered it originally, so I wasn't trying to scam them.
