  Terrible service and false advertising. I brought 20 lbs of shredding to this store to use the "Buy 1 lb, Get 1 lb Free" promotion advertised on the UPS website. The employee, Marcus, flatly refused to honor the deal. He completely lacked interest in being helpful or proactive, repeatedly deflecting by saying the promotion was "not on their affiliate list." When I pointed out that refusing an actively advertised offer is false advertising, Marcus dismissively replied, "That is fine." Incredibly unprofessional staff and deceptive business practices.
