  Terrible service. Had to hunt down an employee.then the 6.99 deal was not working and she said oh yeah thats a website glitch for everyone but refused to honor it and said just pay the full 13.hard pass

  When I first walked in I noticed the cases were open & not closed as they should be when sandwiches aren’t being made. the sandwiches were decent. Only had a few options on condiments. The veggies were looking sad. I asked for more fresh tomatoes since the tub they had were majorly welted and mushy. Had no more tomatoes supposedly. Dude tried to upcharge me on my ham & salami 6inch even tho it’s for 3.99. Wasn’t able to properly complete my sandwiches due to lack of supplies. Dude there needs a ton of work on customer service & how to engage with customers.

  Owners need to notice your store is going down the toilet. There is never an employee out front, E.V.E.R. If someone is there they are in the doorway of the backroom on their cell phones. Tables are a mess. I don't believe the employees ever clean up the restaurant. If you want a fresh brewed tea, forget it because the employees didn't make any. Instead of having all breads available they make regular or wheat. This is at different times of the day/week too. I am sure you have security cameras. You need to review them so you can see why your location is going down hill. I know it is a franchise store but if it was my store I'd want to know.

  This subway absolutely sucked nothing was mad they had like 3 veggies and said they were “waiting on the truck delivery” barely had any bread as well it’s unfortunate I miss the older gentleman that used to work here everything always looked so pretty now it’s all trash
