  Ordered online. App said it was ready. Arrive and they don’t even have the order and are out of everything. No chicken, spinach or lettuce. Understand the lettuce with issues right now, but cmon! Made a special trip over on our way out of town and nothing to show except a gift card with refund! Not even cash back. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be back to this location and will avoid all subways after we utilize our gift card!

  Terrible service. Had to hunt down an employee.then the 6.99 deal was not working and she said oh yeah thats a website glitch for everyone but refused to honor it and said just pay the full 13.hard pass
