The male employee was rude I asked for the Italian cheese herb bread he gave me white bread and said they are the same. As he made the sandwich he was just throwing the product on it.
Also the floor was dirty he didn’t was his hands after taking the customers money in front of me. Just all around bad service and very dirty.
Would not recommend eating there when you have other choices in the mall.

When ordering the male server had no interest in making our food. The vegetables looked old and had been sitting there all day as the lettuce was brown. The tomatoes were soggy. Asked for extra pickles and only got 3. Asked for extra mayo and got barely any, when asked again, only a thin line of mayo was added. Male server seemed to be more interested in his phone than replacing the old vegetables that had been sitting out. We threw our food away and went elsewhere.
The older spanish guy that is listed on here previously was really rude with me as well and didn't want to make my sandwich the way I wanted and the other guy working told him yes and then the Spanish guy proceeds to tell me only this time this is the last and I replied I can go somewhere else then and the other guy told him no it is okay. And then he continues to make my sandwich but made it pretty crappy. I am leaving 3 stars because this is my favorite sandwich and the flavors kinda there but was poorly made. Service and atmosphere and overall service I would leave 1 star if it wasn't for the other guy working tonight that was friendly nice and professional.
Today, I asked for extra mayo on my footlong and he just spread a few lines on the sandwich. I asked for more and he said that he couldn't while showing me some kind of flyer which, I assumed, said no xtra mayo allowed, but I couldn't read it because he just flashed it at me. Then I offered to pay for it and he said he couldn't. At the point, I assumed I wouldn't be getting my xtra onions either.
I've been going to Subways across the land since I was 13 years old... not ONE has ever refused me xtra mayo or xtra onions. Not one. Until today. Thanks for showing us all how to not keep your customers happy, but instead place more importance on your bottom line.
Who sustains that bottom line? Oh yeah, I do. And you told me no to a trivial request.
Can't say I liked the sandwich because I like a sandwich with extra mayo and extra onions.
Can't say much about the service, because one of your employees told me "no" when I asked for something that is included in the price of the sandwich.
Shameful business practices Subway of Flatiron Crossing. SHAME!
