  The service sucks. The people were terrible and my friend ordered a BLT and they only gave her bread with bacon and mayo. They charge us extra for tomato and they didn’t even give us our drinks. The total was over $35 and two sandwiches she ordered a BLT and they put bacon on it and she said no bacon and then they put the bread back in the thing with the bacon we asked the guy for simple things and he said aye aye aye rolled his eyes sighed and said oh lord help theese girls the man serving us, wasn’t even wearing gloves and I think he coughed on the food

  I work inside the mall so I know how much these guys have to put up with. They always get my order right and are super sweet. Anyone being picky is just having a bad day. It’s a subway inside a mall and they’re always overworked. Tip them if you can they’re doing so much. My Philly always tastes amazing and the older Spanish speaking guy is such a sweetheart. Be nice and patient yall. It tastes great and they’re always working hard. 10/10 ♥️ also join subway rewards because it’s worth it. It saves a lot of money. Never thought to join until I worked at the mall but this place is my saving grace all around. It keeps me from eating all the other bad shit here. 🙏 I love this place.
