  Mark is 10/10 He replaced my car battery for free with purchase of the Battery and was super helpful. O’Reilly auto parts doesn’t offer installation so I really appreciate Advanced auto parts and Mark! And his team!

  My engine light came on and my mechanic is not open until Monday. I looked at the reviews for local stores and this location had good reviews. I was greeted by Malachi as soon as I walked in the door. I asked if he could help me with pulling the code to give to my mexhanic and he did not hesitate. He told me the code and suggested I take a picture. He went a step further and invited me back inside to look up the code. After reading what the code said he went back out to look at my gas cap and tested it out to make sure there was a good seal. He was very friendly and helpful! The store is lucky to have an employee that has wonderful customer service skills! He gave me piece of mind until I can see my mechanic and I am so appreciative!

  I came to this Advance Auto Parts specifically because they advertise free battery installation with a battery purchase. However, after buying a new battery here, the staff refused to install it for me. Extremely disappointed with the false advertising and poor customer service. If you're coming here expecting them to honor their free installation policy, save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

  I went to this store for a battery replacement and Jen was the lady who helped me through the process. I’m not very mechanically savvy but Jen was so kind, sweet, helpful, and informative. Shoutout to John too for helping me replace my key battery, him and Jen went out of their way to help me change that out as well! Both of these people were very kind and helpful and I appreciated that a lot when I was in a stressful situation. They are a blessing!
