  Joanne and her team are fantastic. Store Manager Ryan took his time setting up boxes and answering all of our questions. VERY friendly and helpful at this store. Highly recommend.

  I paid 22.00 for 2 day shipment and package arrived 2 days late. Then they charged me 30.00 because they “held” the package for 4 hours before I could picked it up. Overall bad customer service.

  This location charges a shocking $40 to $50 to receive an Amazon or UPS package for pickup- per package! We are full time travelers and often use UPS stores for this service. We have NEVER been charged more than $4 per package. If this is an indication of price gouging in Breckenridge we may be sorry we chose to visit this town.

  Wow - what an incredible experience of customer service attitude and professionalism I had with Emily. Truly an exceptional employee. She was excellent on the phone and in person. I drove 30 mins out of my way twice because her service was that good.
