  I needed to email a shipping label to the shop for print, and the person helping me was extremely impatient, repeating himself over and over instead of giving me time to send it.

  Poor customer service. Associate asked us to “come back tomorrow” because she didn’t know how to do something and didn’t feel like trying. We live an hour away and will not be coming back tomorrow. She said “because it’s the weekend” she couldn’t help us (but to come back on a Sunday???). Associate proceeded to tell every other customer to use the automated return machines, because she either didn’t know how to help them or didn’t want to. I would suggest that management try to train whoever was working on June 6th, or don’t bother being open at all.

  Useless customer service. If you don’t have everything perfectly labeled they won’t help you at all, and they’re rude, and want to charge for every stupid thing that all the other ups stores include free., like printing off a prepaid label. This store is the worst, go anywhere but here. Thanks for nothing.

  I made an appt for a notary at 9am, I get there for the apt and they don’t have someone available until 10. I come back at 10, and was told by the manager (different than the first person I talked to at 9) that they won’t have someone in until Monday. I felt jerked around and they were very rude. 0/10 take your money elsewhere and don’t waste your time here.
