    The store charged me $3 for printing the return label on a regular printer and school paper. The abuse of systemic power is insane. They make millions up charging student.

    I have always had good service here. Even when it is busy, my needs are met very quickly. There are tablets to sign into if you are there to pick up a package, and that makes everything go by quicker. This is also a great location for most of the dorms.

    Location is a little odd. Most of the doors are keycard access for students only except the UPS door itself. Doors are located on the southwest side of the building up a set of stairs. They should place a sign at the bottom of the stairs so a pedestrian can easily see where to walk. Service as expected.

    Great customer service. I left the ups store at 1630 30th street because the teller was rude. The teller at this location was great!
