  If I could give zero stars I would simply for how the two employees interacted this evening. Placed an order on the app, paid for it, got notification that it was ready. When we got there to pick it up. The two teenagers working saw us and immediately ran to the back. Finally after waiting the girl came and talked to us and said that she can’t refund our order because they were closing but also that they did not make our order. We placed it well before they closed. Also FYI the hours posted online AND in the app are not correct. They close at 8 but you can still place orders through the app and google shows they close at 10.

  They changed their hours and cut TWO HOURS off of their hours. Not only that but they lock their doors before 8. They don’t close at 8 they clock out at 8 and another thing. The app still says they close at 10 and I had to find out about these new hours when I went to pick up the sandwich I ordered. No refund no sandwich and no updated hours.

  absolutely amazing experience the service was great, got a online order samwhich and boy was it good! shoutout the staff tonight cause this samwhich hitting so hard! i love eating fresh and this experience will have me coming back for years to come!

  The food was amazing. The staff are super friendly, I placed an order online for the wrong store. They called the other store to make sure that I was taken care of. That one gesture that they took to take care of me means more than they think. Thank you guys at this location. You rock!

  Charlotte was being very disrespectful cussing and screaming at the new boy up front. She was talking to the poor kid like he was stupid and all you can hear in the back was her cussing and yelling. I honestly felt so so bad.
