  Worst customer service ever. The staff speaks in their own language. Disrespectful to the customer. Making mistakes in all your orders. Don’t go there at all.

  Girl named Fer started talking smack about me asking for a minute to order in Spanish as if I didn’t understand Spanish myself. Gave me slappable attitude the whole time.

  Fernanda is the absolute worst. Horrible attitude and God forbid if you ask for anything extra. Don't work there if youre that miserable. I hate coming here because of her but I need my subway fix sometimes.

  Manager is rude! Also they'll charge you tips on your card when paying with a card.
