  Edith saved my skin when I came in with a label that couldn't scan. She went to a lot of trouble to help me get the label off and reaffix it to a different envelope, saving me time and money.

  The front desk ladies are less than helpful and rude. They struggle with anything beyond picking up a package. Go to a different location if you need any type of assistance.

  I am a courier and have been dropping time sensitive lab samples for Mayo every weekend for almost 10 years at the Basalt FedEx. The new brunette girl, who refuses to give me her name, has been messing them up since she started. She is always trying to say there is no truck coming, and one time she even took one of the boxes and put a whole different label on it after I left. It went to a random woman’s house in Florida, causing over 50 drawn bloodwork samples to be lost and go bad. Then when my company tried to find out what happened, she said I had put two labels on the box and she had marked one out. I am not sure how she still has her job, but DO NOT trust your packages with her. If you do, demand a receipt and don’t be surprised if you have to track your package down.
