woww thats crazy. probably about a year ago i wrote a review here about a oversized worker creep following my 15 year old sister out of the store and they took down my review. i wont stop even if you delete my reviews the fact you let stuff like this happen is unnacceptable

We sent our ski gear from Florida. 4 big ski bags and 2 large moving boxes. It is our first ski trip and we did not know what to expect. They were super helpful and professional. They called me when everything arrived and helped me figure out how the holding schedule works. I really appreciate how professional and understanding they are. Thank you.
