  Got food poisoning from this place. It was the only thing I ate all day. They said they can give me a true wing stop experience, is that a refund? Genuinely asking.

  You can’t order extra wet on the website and they get the order wrong. Often food is missed so when you get it delivered it’s incorrect.

  Pretty ridiculous that you can order ahead in the app, but they don't even bother checking online orders. So when you get there at your order ready time, the staff hasn't even bothered to start said order......nor did they even realize there was an order placed. I had to go back to the app and show them my confirmation, then the staff member had to go look it up on her side, then she put my order next in line. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my order should have been ready.

  Pulled hair out of my fries. Disgusting!! Had to get a refund and will never eat here again. Manager Emely is horrible!! Do not eat here
