  Ordered delivery for a small group of people last night (6/18) through the wingstop app. there was some sort of glitch and it said to deliver my food from this wingstop to this wingstop. The dasher who picked up my order proceeded to steal it. When I contacted them the first manager was able to contact door dash and get a new order placed with the correct delivery address, or so they said. After another hour another door dasher is texting me and saying they are waiting but they refused to make my food again and they eventually left. Then had to call and demand a refund after 2 hours of waiting for food. When they processed the first refund they forgot to give me my tax, tip &delivery fee. This was a terrible experience start to finish.

  Got food poisoning from this place. It was the only thing I ate all day. They said they can give me a true wing stop experience, is that a refund? Genuinely asking.
