  I typically do not have a problem with ordering here, but had to call after they forgot my fries and was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes, only for someone to answer the phone not say anything and hang up on me. I understand being busy, but having someone on hold for that long just to hang up on them is ridiculous.

  They got my order all wrong I have reached out to you and still no movement. I didn't eat the food I still have it and just want my money back at this point

  I asked for lemon pepper and Mango habanero all drums you gave me hot buffalo mostly flats September 16th around 12:30 pm needless to say I didn't eat them. They are just sitting in the refrigerator. Money wasted!

  they gave me a plain chicken tender for “lemon pepper wings”. Then they told me that’s how they come. No sauce or anything.
