  This is crazy! They are charging 2.50 cents for a 1 page printing. If this is not a rip off then I am not so sure what to call it. They see someone who might not have been able to print at home or at the library and they immediately take advantage to that. It is a business model but also a rip off to the regular Joe!!

  So it turns out they sent my very expensive watch that was supposed to be here today, It was in Aurora Colorado They sent it out to Bend Oregon. Now it will get here when I’m out of the country and I’m like 95% sure that their customer service none of them are American and none of them understand English UPS is garbage use FedEx trust me save yourself the headache. These people are some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with if I could give this place a zero I would take your business elsewhere

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The store manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He used offensive and inappropriate language while speaking to me and insisted that I pay a $3 fee even though I had a prepaid shipping label. Instead of explaining the policy politely, he treated me with hostility. While I was in the store, I also noticed that other customers were being treated in a similarly disrespectful manner. No customer should have to deal with this kind of behavior when simply trying to ship a package. I hope UPS Corporate reviews this location and addresses the manager's conduct. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, not intimidation or abusive language. I also hope this review helps others who may have had similar experiences.
