Went in to return some amazon packages a total of three but two of the items were shipped together in one package Mr. ASAD was busy playing his game as I walked in, which was fine. If it didn't seem to interfere with service I said, ready whenever you are.He thought I was still looking for my code. Okay, that's fine. No problem. Once I started to give him all my codes separately because in Amazon app, you have to find them separately. I told him that two of the items were in one package. He said, so are they separate? I said they didn't come separate. But they have to be scanned, separate. We went back-and-forth for a little bit. Because the wording was off, then, in the end, he wanted to say are they separate barcodes? Yes, they are.He was getting a little frustrated.I can tell I kept my cool and calmness with him. But, to be honest, if you want to clarification, I said two of the items came in one bag.So i'm looking for the other code. The whole thing was just weird.I don't know if that's his personality or not.But it went from 0 to a hundred real quick and i didn't have the energy to go back-and-forth with him. I just looked at his name, tag and writing this review. Weird interaction all around for such a simple transaction, I wanted to tell him if he was so confused.He could have used the correct communication and wording accurately i mean, I don't work there.I don't know how it's run.I don't know the steps.
Its now 4 hours later and I havent gotten a notification from amazon wondering if he even put the orders in system accurately. Normally amazon is on it once they receive!!!
