  Not even open during posted hours. Sitting out here since 10 AM (the time they were supposed to open) and there are no signs of life inside the store. Just a bunch of people waiting in the parking lot to drop off their packages. Is this the way you run a store? I’ll be tweeting USP corporate to let them know about this.

  Don't waste your time with this location. One person working and a lot of people waiting. Go to another location!

  Because of the UPS app, I falsely accused this location of not getting my package out quickly after I dropped it off. 24 hours later, I entered the tracking number in the app on my smartphone, and it replied that it could not find that number at all. Later and n a whim, I went via Chrome to the UPS website and reentered the tracking number, and the website informed me that the package had been sent out promptly. I apologize to the young woman who helped me ship!

  Would have been a 5star rating if the lady that stepped in had been nice. The man was great, very helpful. He had a question and she had horrible and I mean horrible customer service.
