  I found the customer service to be excellent. I had some heavy packages and the woman working there offered me a dolly and even held the door open for me. She was very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this location to a friend.

  These people don’t care about peoples time and will talk to you crazy in front of everyone. I have been in line for 45 minutes in the same spot and not only are both now on what appears to be lunch. When i finally got to the front, the lady alana didnt give greet me or seemed like she wanted to help or apologize for the wait. It’s just a uncomfortable feeling that these people treat customers this way

  I was to give kudos to Kristina at the Buckley location by Safeway. She is always patient, positive, and professional, whether there is just one customer or a line out the door. She takes the time to explain the available services and makes sure customers understand their options. I really appreciate how kind and calm she is, especially when people make mistakes or need extra guidance. Her customer service is excellent, and she makes every visit to this UPS Store a better experience.

  All the women here are so welcoming and sweet. Even if you walk in to do an Amazon return, they greet you. They really make you feel seen and cared for. And they’re funny so that’s a bonus.

  You have an amazing employee working for you. She was sweet and made sure I got what I needed. Also super cool she does notarized letters and what not.
