  Paid for my packing slip & label to be printed & asked for receipt. Clerks told my husband they didn’t need help sealing the box & adhering the label. I failed to verify they did it right because I trusted them after using this location for 20 years, it’s a newer owner. My package didn’t arrive at its destination. It went to a home in a different state. My receipt shows a different tracking number than the one I paid to be printed. The clerk printed the wrong email & label. Husband went back yesterday to ask for assistance. The OWNER refused to help, denied the mistake, was rude to husband and told him the UPS driver most likely switched the label in his truck. WRONG thing to say. Hubby knows they have no way to print labels and if one came off they would take it to the hub to be investigated. Otherwise a driver could be fired. Owner never even apologized. Husband called UPS directly & they are assisting in trying to find the misdelivered box and return it. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Far better ones in the city.

  There is either serious mismanagement or something shady going on at this store. On multiple occasions, I have had packages held for pickup that show as delivered at this location, but when I go to pick them up they are mysteriously “missing,” with no explanation. I’ve also had packages ripped open and the contents gone, or told I had to pay extra (on already fully paid shipments) to take my package. Corporate customer service is never any assistance in resolving the issues, so I would recommend avoiding this location.

  Every other UPS store takes outgoing USPS mail & packages but this one. Probably explains the already poor rating

  The best service in town! Micah the manager always tries his best to give us the best service and make sure we are taken care of! And he always remembers small details about us which makes us feel so welcomed and appreciated! He has a well trained team who are very efficient at their jobs! I’ll always come to this location!

  Employees have always been helpful and eager to help. I ship 1-2 packages per week here. Parking is a pain sometimes, but that’s easily solved by not parking in front of the store.
