    Do NOT use this UPS store as a pickup location for your packages. They are not an actual UPS access point and will charge you $10 plus for holding your package. I had a package delivered with 2 day air because it would arrive early and on time for when I needed the package. My wife went to pick it up and they denied her picking it up for me, even with photo id. So I had to go get the package and then after showing them every bit of information on the package they charged me a package holding fee. When I ordered the package it never said I would be charged for shipping it to this location, and there were no signs posted saying that you would be charged holding fees for sending packages to this location. It’s a BS fee for them to make more money. I would have been better off just waiting for it to be delivered to my house and I could have saved myself over $30.

    This past weekend I had an AMAZING customer service experience with Bryant & Sincere, I was celebrating an anniversary and I needed custom made Clothes to be shipped in a timely manner and they not only help full-fill that order but help me understand the logistics side of shipping items. I’m not from Colorado but they welcomed me well and appreciate ups for helping me!

    Dropped off package to return to Amazon been 3 days still says never dropped off called store gave me run a round says it will show up by end of business day Thursday never happened will report it stolen if not showing dropped off today stay away

    Listen this is the slowest store possible its almost like they do it on purpose i gave it two stars because the staff are friendly but thats the problem they up there telling life stories as if we dont have things to do
