  The place is always dirty and dingy. The veggies are bad as someone else said. It smells. Make the drive to Quincy and Reservoir or Chambers and Parker. This one needs new management or to be closed

  Save yourself the time and don’t go to this location! The management could care less about this store. The employee and manager weren’t even wearing masks when I walked in and they were handling food. The young lady that made my sandwich kept touching her face and pulling her mask down... while she was making my food.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCORRECT SIGNAGE DISPLAYING AVAILABLE PRODUCT, AND OUT OF REGULAR CONDIMENT ITEMS. I would never recommend THIS Subway to anyone. The lady who works the line should rethink customer service as a profession, outright RUDE!

  I come here 2-3 times a week and service has always been excellent and in and out in 5-10 minutes. I don’t see what all these other reviewers see with long waits. I think they are taking one experience and making it sound like it is all the time. I get my precise portions all the time just like every subway does. Maybe I’m just nice so I get nice service back.
