  Ordered for pickup and when I arrived it was already closed. 30 minutes later after talking to help desk... Never received sandwiches and Fighting for a refund.

  I have been a customer at this Subway location for many years and have never had an issue until today. I came in around 1:00 p.m. to order two sandwiches and presented a Subway coupon that had been mailed to my home. The two employees behind the counter told me that this location does not accept Subway’s mailed corporate coupons. This has never been a problem at this location before. Although one employee offered to give me a different discount, they still would not honor the coupon. I decided to leave and went to another Subway nearby, where my coupon was accepted without any problem. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location, even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I attempted to submit a complaint online, but Subway’s complaint system was unavailable. I plan to contact the corporate office Monday morning because I would like this information passed along to the owner of this location.

  If I could I won’t give them no stars ordered two honey hot nachos and the chips they used was the corner of the bag this is a salad not nachos
