Today I chose to go to this Subway and sadly I will NEVER be eating at SUBWAY AGAIN. The older Hispanic women who was acting as Manager today is extremely rude and has micro aggressions towards women of African American descent. Saturday is BMT sandwich of the day. It’s my favorite sandwich on the menu has been for 18 years now. Today as I was ordering my sandwich and kindly asked for extra jalapeños. I was refused for the amount of jalapeños I would like on my sandwich. I was told that SUBWAY has a policy that they are only ALLOWED to place 12 JALAPEÑOS on your sandwich if you request extra JALAPEÑOS. This new information was behooved to me and I was unaware that this was a policy of SUBWAYS. If I could give no stars I would and I will be back this coming week to speak with the STORE MANAGER. The store was dirty and ridden with trash as if they were in the mist of stocking. A box of Frito lay chips were on one of the table in the establishment but they were not available for purchase due to the store not being stocked. Yes I did record the entire incident.

My friends and I came to grab a quick sandwich during our lunch break, everytime we’ve been in there Stefs attitude was ridiculous as if she did not want to be there. she’s extremely rude. I ordered the meal of the day and had to remind her about my cookies and fountain drink.

They consistently fail to read mobile order instructions. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve gotten something as simple as “TOASTED” wrong. If customers take the time to customize their orders, the staff should take the time to read them.

It’s ridiculous how they only have one server. There is a long wait, mobile orders should be quick but with one person that is not being done. They have a line of about 5 people which sucks. I waited about 25+ mins which is super ridiculous.

Food was as expected. What isn't expected is they always seem to have only one employee. Ridiculously long waits to pick up online orders. You'd think they would do something about it, I saw many people walk in and leave without ordering when seeing the line and the people sitting around waiting.
