  They don’t use new knives to close the sandwich. The knife that closes your sandwich is sitting in a bucket of water not cleaned and re used to close sandwiches over and over so you are basically getting left over sauce and other ingredients mixed in that water re used in your sandwich over and over. I noticed every other subway always uses a new knife and then puts it away. Single use knife . Not this place. Their six inch sometimes are shorter than six inch and their point system doesn’t work. Instead of giving me new lettuce and spinach I end up getting the bottom scraps of the container while I see a nice new container of fresh vegetables . Not to be picky but come on. And they don’t use the extra sandwich paper . They only use one wrapper so the sauce or wet veggies make the single wrapper soggy. Get a regional to check them out and re train or something.
