  Love the staff, super helpful and treat me well, always greet me with a smile when I come in, offering recommendations when I don’t know what to order. Food is always good.

  I have been coming to this Subway location for several years. For several months I was on the UCH campus at least weekly, and I ate lunch here each time. So one member of the staff (possibly the manager/owner) got to know me and knew what my "regular" order was. Later, as my visits to UCH became less frequent, I only had lunch here occasionally. Yet they always remembered me when I came in and remembered what I liked to order. It has been at least a year since the last time I had lunch at this Subway location. Believe it or not, the moment I walked in, not only was I recognized and greeted warmly, but they remembered my "regular" order including every ingredient I like on my sandwich. Every time I visit UCH I leave feeling better. I am always well taken care of, and treated with kindness and respect by everyone, from doctors, to nurses, to office staff, to even the "sandwich artist" at the Subway shop on campus! Thank you!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway on Friday. We placed an online order for four subs since we had to head to a children’s hospital appointment. When we finally sat down to eat in the hospital café lounge, we were shocked to find that the sandwiches barely had any meat in them. It felt like we were just eating bread, sauces, and a few veggies—and not even all the ones we selected. To make matters worse, the bread wasn’t even toasted, even though I selected the Toasted option. Overall, this was extremely frustrating, especially given the situation we were in. This is by far the worst Subway location I’ve experienced. Definitely not worth the price.

  I have had a wonderful experience at this Subway and a big reason is the owner, Minal. She is incredibly warm, attentive, and truly makes every customer feel valued. What stands out most is her amazing memory, she remembers her regular customers and even their exact sandwich choices. Sometimes she even calls people by their sandwich name, which is both funny and fascinating and make the whole experience friendly
