This used to be a great place to get a sub.
Now it's over run by people who don't speak English or know what the price of a veggie delight is.
I over paid for both my sandwich and my daughter's.
Then they couldn't get the register to work and I had to pay cash.
I'll find a different place to go for a sub from now on.
Which is bull because my husband and I used to meet here for subs before we got married.
And then they just double charged my other daughter for a sub she didn't even get on the app.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I was the only one there in line it took this man 30 minutes to make two sandwiches that were the exact same everything was to be the exact same. then when it came to the sandwiches everything I wanted they were out of. It was 645pm no white bread no chipotle southwest no teriyaki sauce no onions the lettuce looked old. Then he seen I was getting irritated by the wait and the lack of having the proper amount of food in stock. I’m actually very annoyed then to tip my nerve they think I don’t know Spanish and started talking crap. Then the man turned to me to say oh it’s my managers fault. Your employees are garbage and who ever manages this subway needs to learn to manage and order properly. Then the nerve to even make me pay full price is diabolical. My kids were even asking when is it going to be done with how long we were waiting. Im so angry with this place the amount of frustration I have.

I come here often, and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there’s one employee (working the night of April 27th) who is consistently rude and difficult to deal with.
Communication with him is poor in both English and Spanish, and he often seems unwilling to help. I’ve also witnessed him being rude to other customers.
Customer service is a big part of this job, and this kind of behavior really stands out compared to the rest of the team. I always make an effort to be polite, so this has been disappointing.

OMG where do I start. Was here at the Subway 3/29/26 around 2:00pm and the guy was so rude…I asked for extra Mayo on my sandwich and he grabs the Mayo and put just a little on my sandwich then sighed and asked if it was enough I said can I have a little more and he ignored me and started wrapping my sandwich up. I then asked him for a bottled Lipton tea and he asked me if I said Pepsi I said no I asked for tea and he proceeded to shush me and then handed me a Pepsi anyway. If you hate your job that badly then quit. Not to mention the dining area was disgusting. Never eating here again spend your money elsewhere.
