  I placed an online order. I get there it's not ready, Jessica yells to the male that's working, he comes over to tell me that their internet is not the best and sometimes they don't recieve the orders on time. Ok, understandable. I pull up my credit card account. BOOM! The cost of my order has been taken out. I reorder the same items in person and asked if we can call it even since their system "isn't working." The male says let me ask the boss. Low and behold, who is the boss? Jessica who initially helped me. Her response was no. She's not friendly at all! I pay for my food which was $3 more than the online price. I go straight to Subway.com. What does it say contact your local store. Grrrr! I literally did that before I left the store. Just refund me my money as quickly as you withdrew it.

  I arrived at the Subway about 45 minutes before closing, but the employee had already started closing and cleaning up. He told me he had to clean up and could not serve me. I was hungry and specifically made it there before closing, so I was very disappointed to be turned away. The employee’s name may have been Felipe (I’m not completely sure). Subway management, please advise and train employees to serve customers during business hours as advertised. If customers come during the last hour, they should not have to worry about being turned away and leaving hungry. Very poor and disappointing service. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating as a customer.

  The service was good, the people behind the counter were nice enough. However I am upset I just paid 50 dollars for sandwiches like this when the girl explicitly told me that there was enough meat for a cold cut. I understand they were saying the manager doesn’t order stuff and they were all out of almost every meat, but then don’t lie and say you have enough. Seriously. Disputing that entire charge on my card asap
