    Unfortunately Went to this location.. I've literallybeen to about every Subway in town over the years.. I order the same thing the same way every time! A simple protein bowl with steak and cheese! I asked that they melt the cheese as they always do, as I can't stand cold cheese. I should be able to have a sandwich and/or bowl made anyway I would like it. Generally not a problem except for some reason at this location they tell me it's discontinued or against plolicy and they're not allowed to melt the cheese for any protein bowl! I don't know if this is a corporate thing or a owner thing.. My guess is it is an owner thing because she said they did not have the correct hot boats or something like that to melt the cheese onto the meat so I guess since this owner is cheap or the upper management is cheap one or the other you can't have melted cheese at this location? If the owner sees this I would like them to contact me immediately to discuss why I cannot have a Cheese melted steak and cheese protein bowl! Just for good measure I called the 2 closest Subway restaurants to this location. Not only did they not have a problem doing it, they laughed about it on the phone.. They couldn't believe it. What a joke.. I was so irritated that had my girlfriend had not already ordered her sandwich we would have walked out immediately.. I've just never heard of such a thing.. And apparently the Subway's right around it haven't either so again I'm going to chalk this up to a super cheap management or owner not ordering the correct apparatus to warm cheese.. So at this point she said the only way she could do it was put it onto bread so I had to put it on to bread made the whole sandwich scraped it all off into the bowl and she told me she had to charge me for the bowl and the bread! .. What a joke again! I know this all seems silly and might not be such a big deal to some people but I am on a major diet and I can't have bread and I can't stand cold cheese I rarely get to go out to eat so when I do it's a treat since I'm on a diet and I just want my cheese simply melted so for me it's a big deal i could have went anywhere and I chose the one Subway that has the worst owners or management in the town.. Do better Subway.. And management or owner please reach out to me.. I should be able to get a sandwich exactly how I want from a sandwich artist from the Subway closest to my house this is so ridiculous.. And again I want to point out she didn't say they were just temporarily out she said they changed the policy where the rules months ago! When I go on to corporate Subway it says I can order a protein bowl with cheese. melted.. not melted.. anyway that I possibly can want it.. Except for this little Subway has its own policy set in place months ago going against exactly what I read on Subway's corporate policy.. Quit being Cheap you're a sandwich shop that is supposed to have dietary options shouldn't be that hard to figure out how to melt cheese for a protein bowl without having to put it on bread and charge me for it so I have to scrape it off and make a mess..

    Woman at the counter charged me $10 more than what my combo was, after claiming the system wasn’t working and she had to reset. One of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever eaten dry as hell.

    I always come here but this time it’s not good they were doing a big order when I came in. They were very busy and maybe they were rushing to get orders done. I got several chicken subs it is very cold I had to take all the chicken out and the bad part is that I ordered several and all were not cooked right.

    Second time I placed an online order and my sub wasn’t toasted. Cold to the touch and chewy.. Not sure if the oven is broke but I don’t think I’m going to this subway anymore. Refund would be cool for at least one of my orders. Employees were super nice and friendly! I genuinely don’t want anyone losing hours or getting fired. I just want my food prepared properly.
