Akiya/Samantha (unsure of the name but sure one of these) a big lady whoever served me in the noon around 1:00pm to take passport photo.. do not like to possibly work here.. they possibly work there coz they got no other choice.. it was a horrible horrible customer experience.. where as the guy with the mustache was serving other clients so well with a smile.. I felt like telling him i do not want to be helped by her. I mean i felt like i did get helped but with the annoyed attitude where i felt maybe i am bothering them or is a hassle for them coz they have to work for me.. And its very painful for them to help..
