  I dropped a package off and they never scanned it and lost it in store. They claim all packages are scanned, but my tracking was never picked up and the seller did a charge back, so I lost the product and the money. Thanks a lot!

  In the future, I am hoping that the manager of the Aurora mall FedEx office will order some accessories to go with the existing items for sale. In May of 2026, there were tape dispensers for sale, but no rolls of tape to go on the tape-dispensers. An employee told me that rolls of tape were for employees only, and that rolls were not for sale. He was very kind, and he gave me a free roll of tape to go with the the dispenser that I purchased. Additionally, I bought a rubber stamp, but I could not find the corresponding accessory item: an ink pad. So, please order in accessories to go with main items. For example, order metal staples to go inside of the staplers, or rolls of tape to go in the tape dispensers, or ink pads to go with rubber stamps. Additionally, I ordered some index card sized labels laminated, so that the labels would be water-proof. However, a FedEx employee cut the clear plastic lamination too close to the edge of the paper cardstock. Water has been seeping in at the edges of my laminated laundry labels. In the future, please train employees to leave at least 1/8" of plastic around the edges of laminated index cards so that water won't touch the edge of the paper cardstock. There needs to be a border of clear plastic going around the edges of laminated documents. Do not cut the clear plastic laminating sheet along the same edge as the paper document.

  Horrible service. Did not get my order correct. Depending on who you talk to depends on the pricing and what you can order. They say one thing then do and charge you for some totally different without consent. Do not trust their word. Bait and switch is how they operate to charge you more unexpectantly.

  Delivery drivers never deliver packages. Always leave tag at the front door of apartment building and don't bother to come into the building to deliver.
