  This location is pretty awesome. You know what's even more awesome? Or rather, who? Yeah, guys. It's Ashton, my GOAT, who will see you try to juggle two heavy boxes all on your lonesome and meet you halfway to grab them from you so you're not embarrassing yourself. Helped me out a lot so... thank you! Let's hope my next return isn't as heavy. :')

  Do not use this FedEx to ship anything valuable. I dropped my package off that had a 2025 Samsung Galaxy S25 that I was trading in to Best Buy, and I am 99% sure the young guy that was working that day stole the phone and shipped an empty box to Best Buy. Both Best Buy and FedEx won't accept blame for my stolen phone and I got totally screwed over. I will never ship anything from this location ever again.

  Ashton and Ashton were extremely helpful and timely in finding a quick solution to my scanning needs!! They were polite even though I came in close to closing time!! I will be back! This is a great location!! Thank you for the help Ashton squared!

  The staff tall young light skinned guy attitude sucks very unhelpful what is the point of customer service if your not helpful especially when nothing going on at that store his attitude straight trash period....

  Amazing service as always! I came in today to print and the store manager was so helpful! The service was 10/10.
