  Didn't know this location was in a hotel. It was extremely difficult to find the FedEx. it is on the bottom floor with no signs showing where it's at. There is also no parking sense all of the hotel parking is paid or valet

  I needed to ship some items before getting to the airport, and the ship center by the airport was closed. I googled and found the address for this location but didn't realize that this location is on the lower level of the hotel. Luckily I called and one of the guys helped direct me to the location. You enter through the front lobby, go to the right of the front desk, continue down the walkway all the way down, and then go to the right to use the elevator to go down 1 level, make a right out of the elevator then your first left. I hope these directions help others. The staff was very helpful and I have no complaints there. The only thing I will point out is that this location charges drop fees for all packages. So keep in mind that even with a labeled package or an Amazon return (which I had) you have to pay a fee based on the weight of the package, in order for them to accept it from you. This is a major issue that if I had known I would've found an alternate solution before I drove to the location. However, I was already late for the airport and just needed to get the packages sent out. I gave an overall 4 stars,, as the drop fee is a killer for me but the staff was awesome. If I had to rate based on the experience it was a 5 then.

  They tack on an additional $25 for anything that you might ship to the hotel just for you to pick it up.
