We recently stopped by the store to transfer our existing cell numbers from Xfinitiy to Cricket. Valentina was extremely helpful and super nice. She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.

Just got a brand new Stylo 6...couldn't be happier. JJ was great at teaching me how to use it and transfered everything from my previous device.
