  This is going to be my new favorite cricket store to go to. Thank you so much to the beautiful curly hair short Hispanic woman that works here. She’s always so friendly, she’s fast, attentive and always makes me feel so welcomed. She’s the only one I like to go to with my phone problems because she doesn’t make me feel dumb and she always goes out of her way to try to find a solution for me. EVERY TIME! She definitely needs a raise. I recommend her 100% !!! I hope she never leaves me lol Thank you so much Nancy. A thousand times thank you for your amazing customer service. This is what customer service should look like. You are the joy of the store. I always look forward to seeing her. God bless Nancy with her beautiful curly hair.
