  Unfortunately my phone died (not a cricket phone) and I been running around all day trying to figure out if I go to the Apple Genius Bar, or Micro Center to get my phone activated. Calling Apple support and trying to find the easiest option…I didn’t have any answers and was beyond frustrated. No one could help me. I checked maps on a borrowed computer and found this Cricket store. IT WAS AN OASIS!!!!! Having spent most of my day trying to figure this out…in come Cristian and Swendy!!!! They figured out what to do, quickly, and so professionally! Bravo Cristian and Swendy! You were my lifesavers!!!! Would highly recommend, no doubt there! This will now be my go-to Cricket store!!!!
