  Didn't get a good night's rest because of their bed bug infestation. The constant bitting, itching, and scratching wasn't worth the money I paid. I decided to check out earlier than expected and left my food and clothes behind.

  A basic hotel experience compared to a Holiday Inn express or Hampton Inn. The property is well located and decently priced. The property is older and has been well worn. Like many hotels its age, it’s in desperate need of renovation and refurbishment. The property was maintained and relatively clean, It is just in need of freshening up. Staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, although they did have an unusual square pillows. The bathrooms especially have seen a lot of use, though, as I said, they are maintained. A good option for a budget minded traveler

  Sandy at the front desk went above and beyond to help me from start to finish, while I was traveling with my pet. She truly set the bar for hospitality. This was the best experience I ever had with a hotel agent being so attentive. The room was super clean, as was the breakfast area. The variety was bountiful and well catered. Everything was first-class!

  Cet hôtel n’est pas au niveau d’un best westner plus. Points positifs : - chambre spacieuse, - emplacement de l’hôtel au top, - personnel agréable, la personne en charge du petit déjeuner est très serviable, Points négatifs : - le point qui fait clairement baisser la note : la chambre la durée complète de notre séjour sentait un mélange de fumée et d’humidité malgré une aération constante de la chambre, - le jaccuzzi mériterait d’être plus chaud mais c’est une question de goût.

  Room was beautiful & clean. I always love it when the shower and "throne" are in a separate room from the vanity. This location also has streaming apps available on the TV. Staff was friendly & efficient. Common areas, pool & hot tub were clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was well kept & hot. Easy on & off the interstate. Highly recommend!!!
