  Amber was super helpful and nice, she went out of her way to get the answers and job done ! Need more people like that in that location . The girls there work circles around the guys hands down shout out to them !

  Came in & 3 women in here. Not one person said hello. How can I help you? How are you? One complaining about needing to leave and how she was scheduled. One acting like she doesn’t see me here. The other one was actively doing something. The one girl who was still in the front still says nothing another girl comes from the back like have you helped her. Oh she was on her phone. I mean yes I’m on the phone but yall see me here waiting. I was off the call too for awhile. No one has on name tags. So I’ll describe her. Girl with lip and eyebrow piercing finally says yeah what did you need lmao what a way to address someone. Then I tell her I need a light. She gets the light. I asked if there was someone who could put it in for me her response is nope. Just rude as hell. I did a little chuckle cause I really wanted to go off. She’s like what we aren’t a mechanic shop we’re not allowed to. Lol. Girl what ? Auto zone just put in my headlight. And I didn’t need the sarcasm. From body language to tone to everything. She scans my item then calls someone over and points to the screen then covers her lips with a crossword book that she was more focused on than her job and starts talking about me to the girl. So the other girl is like oh yeah we don’t install lights pepboys does that. Why she called her over there to tell me that is beyond me because I said ok didn’t make it an issue. I was thinking she has an issue with the computer or something and that’s why she called the other employee over. Her screen is telling her to tell me to pay so miscommunication but usually someone says ok your total is. Speaks. Let’s me know to pay. I was confused. So I pay. Get the receipt and she just hands me the receipt not thank you bye have a nice day nothing just looking at her crossword puzzle. I’ll never be back to this store. Awkward and unprofessional. And rude to say the least.

  GO TO location on HAVANA **************************************************** This location is terrible. Poor customer service from some chick, she was acting busy putting items away, asked if she could help, completely ignores me. Meanwhile Jose is also ignoring me because he’s having a full blown meeting at the register with another employee while I’m the waiting in FRONT of both of them. In a rush and this crew is LAZY! Lazy, no sales happening, uninterested in helping!!!! I’m sure they get busy because of location but the staff here is thumbs down awful. You can tell they’re lazy by how dirty this store is compared to the others! Do better!!
