  Showed up at 7:10 am on on 6/13/26 looking for ine part and I did have my music playing as the sales associate was walking upto go inside i rolled the window down to ask him a question and noticed him giving a dirty look when he interrupted me and told me to turn down the music witch i already had to talk to him or told me I could just leave and proceed to keep talking over me. Perhaps some more customer service training is need for this store. No worries i drove to one of the other parts stores within a block and spent my money with them Dash cam available if corporate would like to see this encounter

  Professional/ efficient and informative team! Had just came from the other advanced auto on Mississippi where Jose couldn’t help me, he was just gossiping with another worker, asked me to wait while I’m the ONLY person in store. Was passive when asked about products! So it was a fresh take when Stephen and the crew jumped in and immediately and professionally helped and upsold me on amazing products! Grateful for you all!

  I went in to get break pads and rotors Alessandro decided he just wanted to give me rotors so not only was I forced to find a ride to get the rest of the pieces because my mechanic already took my back wheels off but he didn’t even have the common sense to give me the pads like why would I come in here as a woman not knowing and you as a employee should know he just wanted rush me out the store he needs to be trained again or something
