  The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They made the entire process quick and easy, and I was in and out in no time. Everyone was professional and helpful, which made for a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, quality service.

  I paid to have 2 documents notarized by two different people at this location. Neither of the documents were notarized correctly and were declined by the Secretary of State. I returned to have the issues rectified and had to listen to Jose lecture me about how it was somehow my fault that he didn’t know how notarized a document to meet the specifications of the SOS. According to Jose, it was my fault because I didn’t ask enough questions??? I have no idea what questions I should have asked. He couldn’t tell me what questions I should have asked, but it was my fault. If you need to dump off an Amazon return, I’m sure they can handle it. If you need notary services go somewhere else.

  Absolute nightmare purchased a 550$ subwoofer from resilient sounds they shipped it was told it would be shipped today waited all day then got an email saying it was delivered opened my door and nothing was there!! I have a door camera so nobody took it, It was never delivered or they shipped it to the wrong door again! You would think they would want a signature upon delivery for the price and value of the package but of course not! So I’m stuck in a loop hole trying to figure it out between the sender and the deliverer ups! Horrible 550$ dollars and they don’t know where my package is!
