  Edited Due to Owner Response: Although the staff member may have used the word estimated, my receipt does say "expected delivery date" rather than estimated. Again, I understand shipping delays happen, while disappointing, that's not what is upsetting to me. What is upsetting is the total lack of customer service; not even offering a 50% refund or a coupon or putting forth any effort to make it right. I shipped a baby shower gift and was provided a delivery date of Friday. Unfortunately the gift did not arrive until Monday, missing the Saturday shower. I called the store to request a refund of the $31 I paid (they tacked on a $15 surcharge for delivery to the address I needed, making it more expensive than usual). The manager, Kira, spoke with her owner and relayed that my shipping cost could not be refunded because the staff that helped me used the verbiage "estimated" shipping date. I understand that shipping times can be out of the specific store's control but given the situation I was hoping the owner would be willing to make it right by providing me a full or partial refund. Because the owner was not willing to budge I will no longer be using this UPS location and would suggest that others don't either. How a business owner handles issues when they arise is very telling and unfortunately this owner handled things poorly.

  Very helpful staff Isaac very kind and helpful. Butttttt. A iPhone that I shipped was stolen from someone within the ups organization. They are only paying for what their insurance covers. My fault. I did not pay for more insurance. I am just upset that they did not pay the rightful amount that I was due. Be aware. They put a warning label that there was a battery inside package by law Problem is it tells the thief’s there is a phone inside. Warning. Pay for more insurance covers Someone in the ups organization is a THEIF
