  Walked in and they then decided to start making a mobile order after I had already asked for the food. Then messed up the order after taking 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Then tells me my coupon had already been used even though. I had just cut it out??? Horrible attitude and service. This store need to be shut down or a whole new crew!

  A couple of years ago, this Subway was great. Then after a change of ownership, it was awful for a while -- frequently closed during business hours due to lack of food and/or staff, constant turnover, bad service, questionable-looking veggies. But lately, it's back to being pretty good again. Occasionally they're out of some ingredients, but it's rarer than it used to be, and the food is generally fresh. A couple of weeks ago I walked in to find it empty, and after yelling "hello" for a while and getting no response, I went elsewhere for dinner. And once or twice recently I've gotten indifferent / borderline rude service. But mostly the service is just fine these days, and Angie in particular is great.
