The person was making my sandwich pulled out their phone when they were wearing the gloves. And touched my food after they put their phone back in their pocket. That was disgusting, and they cut my other sandwich when I have a allergic actions to sauces. Then, I told them to not cut my sandwich completely worst experience. I ever had

Ordered my food as normal, didnt have flat bread for one of my sandwiches. Get my order delivered. My sandwich isnt toasted, missing musterd and pickles, not even cut through ans no pepper jack cheese. My other sandwich is completely missing its sause isnt toasted and itsnt cut through. Is the accuracy of your orders dependent on if the person is in the store. This is completely unexcetablw and unprofessional. Called the store to get it situated and no answer for 5 whole minutes. You havw not only disappointed me but you pissed me off. Im a service worker and I work in the food industry so I hate doing this. But how can this team be so incompetent to not even make an online order correctly when GIVIN ALL THE TIME TO DO SO. Do not order from here unless your expecting to be disappointed. Whoever is working tonight please re-evaluate your position in thw work place ans if you actually care about your job. Because corporate hates stuff like this and I do too. Dont make me be the villain. Get your staff together ans make an order correctly. Take your time and make it right, dont piss off a hangry person by not giving a shit.
Service and staff are always nice. Management can't figure out how to do a food/truck order. They run out of meats, cheeses, breads, and vegis. Always have to go without something i was wanting. Front staff is awesome but management needs to be retrained on how to order for the store cause I'm disappointed every time i come in here.
I feel sorry for the staff due to how many times they have to say "Sorry we're out of that" Only thing that saved this from a one star was front of house workers.
Subway consistently delivers a fresh, customizable sandwich experience that keeps me coming back. On my most recent visit (May 2, 2026), I ordered a 6‑inch Turkey Breast sub on 9‑grain wheat, loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and olives, then topped with a light drizzle of honey mustard and a sprinkle of oregano. The bread was soft yet sturdy, the turkey slices were tender and evenly distributed, and all vegetables were crisp and chilled—clear signs of careful prep. The sandwich artist was friendly, worked efficiently (my sub was ready in under 3 minutes), and kept the prep area spotless. At $5.99, the price felt fair for the quality and portion size, especially with the Subway MyWay Rewards points I earned. The dining area was clean, well‑lit, and had ample seating, making it a pleasant quick‑lunch spot. One tiny suggestion: offering a wider variety of low‑sodium sauces would cater to health‑conscious guests. Overall, a solid 4.5‑star experience that hits the mark for fresh, fast, and personalized subs.
