  This was such a bad experience. My family came in today for my little sister's birthday lunch and waited 35+ minutes for our online order, along with another family waiting in the lobby. Apparently, everyone else but the one employee called out today and the man working had to come on his day off, but that's not a good enough reason to be saying the things he said to us, such as "I would never come here on my birthday." And other nasty things about the store and employees. When we did finally recieve our order it was completely wrong. He told us that he made what was on the reciept, and he chose to find the reciept so we could show him that he did multiple things wrong on each sandwich. He then remade them (wrong again) while slamming things around and was obviously furious. We decided to just leave instead of asking for what we actually ordered. Additionally, they were out of so many things and the veggies were soggy and gross. I'm so disturbed by this experience, and my little sister left crying.

  leah was extremely rude refused to make my mobile even after waiting for 20 minutes. she kept doing others people orders that walked in after me and when she finally did it threw the food when giving it to me.

  If I could leave a lower review I would. I came into this subway excited to have my sandwich, left very disappointed. First many of the ingredients were gone. I am not happy with how my sandwhich tasted and what was on it (it was super dry). Second, there were insects inside of the store including behind the sandwich counter. When one of the workers was taking orders she acted like she had no care in the world to help us out with our order, she waved us off. I’m very disappointed in you subway.

  Ya van como 10 veces que vengo este lugar y nunca nunca tienen alimentos, siempre les falta algo esto ya hace el colmo yo no sé por qué no cierran este lugar la verdad nada más vengo porque trabajo aquí cercas pero ya es lo último que yo voy a venir este lugar, no vale la pena no se los recomiendo ni vengan porque no hay nada de veras nunca hay nada

  This Subway has been trying to go out of business for the last 2 years. Everything is filthy, and they are never stocked fully. They are literally always out of something. Today was no mustard, wheat bread, or provolone... on top of the 20 minute wait with only 1 other patron in the restaurant. The rotating door of new employees are always friendly enough, but never properly trained or put in a position to succeed. I feel bad for them. In my honest opinion, the failure of this particular franchise is not due to the employee's performance, but a very apparent lack of leadership from management and ownership alike. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Subway or eat at a different sub shop all together. There are plenty others in the area.
