  Tried to use the self-service kiosk with an oversized package. Realized it was a bad idea when it came time to put my package in the drop-bin and it wouldn't fit. I didn't even have to ask for help. Even though it was busy, a staff member jumped out from behind the desk, restarted my transaction from the beginning, fixed the jammed receipt printer in a flash, and took my package behind the desk to handle herself. Service this good is really rare and I am really impressed. Thank you Wadsworth FedEx!
