  Had a online return with a qr code that clearly states “no box and no label required, drop the item off at fedex and they handle the rest” Well their weirdo staff including logan doesnt know how to do his job. Told me i needed to buy a box. I show the label and he tells me he dont need to see it cuz they cant ship without a box. So i contacted the company that send me the label and they told me to just go to another fedex. Oh wow look at that they took it no issue. Logan and the other weirdo in here need to go. Worthless.

  The staff are always helpful and the lines are short. Theyre knowledgeable and efficient here for sure.

  Hours wrong online. Again. Still. Please fix your hours. It's so frustrating to show up and you're closed when it says you're open.
