  Enrique helped me out last minute to get my tires taken care of on a Saturday. He was super helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely be going back to that store to get what I need. Would definitely recommend going there for your auto parts needs

  Went in looking for front and rear pads and rotors for a 2013 RAV4. The employee asked for the trim level, and when I said I didn’t know but had the VIN number, he argued with me and insisted the VIN wouldn’t help identify the vehicle. Strange considering that’s literally what VINs are for. He then told me about a brake deal where the pads are free when you buy rotors. He only grabbed front parts at first, and when I asked about the rears he seemed visibly annoyed that I expected the full order I originally asked for. I had to specifically ask again for rear rotors. Less than 30 minutes later I had to come back because the front rotors he sold me were incorrect. He refunded the wrong rotors, but instead of honoring the same brake deal on the correct set, he charged me full price even though the pads had been purchased under that promotion minutes earlier. When I explained the situation and asked about it, there was zero effort to fix the problem or even acknowledge the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but bad attitude and refusing to make things right is what earned this 1 star review.
