  This store really needs better employee training. I tried to send an international package and had to return four different times before I finally found someone who knew how to process it correctly and complete the customs forms without risking the package being returned. I was also initially quoted a price that was off by hundreds of dollars. Between the lack of knowledge, multiple trips to the store, and the confusion around pricing, the experience was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, all of the delays mean that my package, which is a gift, will now arrive late. Unfortunately, because of the high cost and all the extra running around, I ended up not using UPS at all. I hope the store provides better training so future customers don’t have the same experience.
