  I paid them to pack an eBay order for me, the kid just threw in some fragile technology in there without any packing material. Stressful when I have to refund someone $30 for potential damage. My ratings also go down.

  I had the good fortune of having Emily help me today. I had a few packages of headbands to return and I was thinking about how confusing and time consuming this return was going to be. She knew exactly what to do and had me out of the store in no time! She is kind and friendly, she knows her job and she is hard working.

  Since when do we not need a last name on a package? Not only did I have to repeat my answers to damn near every question three times or more, but also had to insist that my package wasn't a return and had to request that my uncle's name be added to the package and that she was squishing my baked goods and had them upside down!!!! I don't know if it coincidental but one group of people like to treat Americans badly just based on their skin color. I also like to give three chances, but this person blew through all chances in one interaction. I won't be back to this establishment especially if this group of people continue to treat American women badly. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, till they actually do something to me. If my package shows up to my uncle in anyway less then perfect, I will call corporate. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
