  I would like to add to the list of negative reviews. Try to avoid at all costs if possible even management will be dismissive to your concerns. If you use any discounts from the app, they will treat you like trash. I was told to " sit down " multiple times while I was waiting for my order at the counter. All I had asked for was for more veggies on my order and the order taker was repeatedly rude and told me to sit down. I submitted a formal complaint online and received an email back indicating management will talk to personnel, but that did not do any good either. We all work hard and deserve the best especially when it comes to customer service. Save your hard earned money and go to the multiple other sandwich shops in town besides Subway. You will be happy you did.

  I visited Subway on April 30, 2026 and ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich. When I opened my food, I found a bug inside, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. I immediately called and informed the staff, but the lady working there was very rude and dismissive Instead of addressing the issue properly, she denied responsibility and refused to provide a refund. She also did not allow me to speak with a manager. This experience raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this location(Butte House ) The customer service was very poor, and the way the situation was handled made it even worse. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves both cleanliness and customer service standards and I will not go in future not my family and friends .

  I've always been a big fan of Subway, but the ladies that work here around noon are the loveliest ladies I've ever met. They are always very kind and quick with my order😁
