  This store is conveniently located to me. I love how easy it is to make Amazon returns at the self service kiosk. Sometimes the line is very long but the staff are kind and do their best to get everyone in and out. Shout out to Paulet for being bubbly and very nice.

  The person who processed my Gap return was rude and screwed up the return itself. I had 4 items in the bag but she only scanned 3 and said there were only 3 in there. She didn't give the bag back for me to look at. I was confused because I was sure there were 4 items, but she said no. Then she rushed me to decide what do and asked if I still wanted to process the return as-is with the 3 items. I did say "I guess so," and after a second I tried to ask if I could actually cancel that return and go look for the other item. She said, "No, it's done now." And it turned out that the 4th item was in the bag, and she didn't scan it. I had to call Gap and they had to search for the item because she hadn't scanned it, but they did confirm they found it in the bag. So not only was this employee incorrect and missed my 4th item-- without giving back the bag, by the way--she was impolite and made me feel like it was my own fault that I was confused about the issue. I don't know why people like this insist on making others feel like they're an annoyance.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, making the entire visit frustrating from the start. What was even more surprising was that children were repeatedly running between the front and back of the store while there was a line out the door. One child continuously yelled for his mother while she was working, creating an ongoing distraction for both the employee and customers trying to conduct business. During my visit, I watched at least three potential customers leave because they were tired of waiting. The overall environment felt disorganized and unprofessional. I was genuinely surprised to see this taking place in a UPS Store. Customers should be able to expect a professional, efficient environment when they visit.

  They have to change their location a homeless man kept bothering us and tried holding my hand also the plaza leaks of cigarettes seriously please move somewhere nice I don't want to come here again
