  Seems like they make up prices on the fly. They charged 8.99 to lamenate one sheet of paper. When I disputed the price they say that's the charge. I told them they charged me $5 in the past. They claimed they never did that price. Yeah they did. At least twice to me. Called three times got three different prices for lamenating. (Same lamenate) Rip off. The one down the street in the Topanga mall charges 3.99 consistently, not whatever ripoff charge they feel like at the time. They'll be the ones getting my business now.

  Staff is very nice. However, they charge you extra for UPS envelopes that are supposed to be free. And when they charge you, they provide their own plain envelopes not the UPS labeled priority ones. Doesn't feel right. They don't really carry the UPS Brand other than putting it on the store front. They force upsell you their own products instead of getting UPS items were used to.

  The UPS Store is a great place for all of your Business needs. The employees are very knowledgeable and are always eager to help . The Owner Leslie is one of the nicest and kind hearted people that I have ever met . She go above and beyond to help everyone . Leslie has helped me with all of my Business material. She is very professional and above all she is willing to go that extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of .
